Personal Data Collected when registering as a Move Well client

A certain amount of personal data is collected by Move Well at the time of booking a 1-2-1 session, class or workshop. This is for the purposes of being able to fulfil our work and business commitment to you.

All information gathered by Move Well either on paper or through the online registration process is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party. Data that you give us is kept securely online and only viewed by Sharon Iacono

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Move Well, in which case Move Well may not be able to provide certain services to you.

How Move Well uses your Contact Information

When registering for a 1-2-1 session, class or workshop, you will be asked to sign a disclaimer. In doing so you are agreeing to your email and phone number being used by Move Well to inform you of service updates directly relating to the service you have booked.

You may, of course, decline to submit your email and phone number to Move Well, which in some cases may mean that Move Well is not be able to provide certain services to you.

If you do not wish to submit your email, and therefore are unable to contact Move Well, you can contact Move Well via the contact form on this website.

Move Well Mailing List

Direct marketing emails informing you of new, future or alternative services provided by Move Well are sent through a secure permission-based email system called MailChimp (see their Privacy Policy at www.mailchimp.com). When you sign up to Move Well you will be asked if you would like to receive communication from us regarding classes, workshops, etc. If you opt in, you will be added to our mailing list powered by Mailchimp. You have the ability to Opt out at any point by clicking on Unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

You may also join the Move Well Mailchimp list at any time using the online sign-up form on Facebook.

Phone Numbers

Move Well may, from time to time, use your phone number to contact you about urgent changes to a planned class. If you do not wish to be contacted in this way, please inform Move Well at the time of booking your class, private session or workshop.

Please remember that when you use a link to go from Move Well to another website, our Privacy Notice is no longer in effect.
