I have been training with Sharon at Move Well Yoga for the past six months with strength, mobility and yoga classes. Sharon keeps me motivated and interested by providing variety each class and making exercise fun. Sharon is very knowledgeable about different types of exercise and methods of training. I can really see the change in my body shape and how I feel. I cannot recommend Sharon enough. Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Last week I found myself in a Yoga retreat there in support of my family. I knew nothing about Yoga and was prepared to give it a go but expected to drop out after a day or so. That did not happen because Sharon was able to guide and encourage a complete novice like me whilst at the same time challenging those who were much more experienced. No one felt cheated and no one felt left out.

During the week I learnt that, for me, Yoga was not really about exercise or bending myself into impossible shapes. It was about self awareness and giving time to yourself. So in learning a little Yoga, I learnt a lot about myself. Four days of twice daily 90 minute sessions was a real challenge for me and I know I would not have completed it without Sharons expertise, approach, good humour and guidance. Sharon and her cooking partner Bongo did a first rate job, professional and enjoyable.

I don’t know where my journey with Yoga will go. I do know that Sharon ensured it did not end when I left. All I can suggest to anyone who hasn’t tried Yoga, is that they do. And if they can, go seek out Sharon and get her to show you how.
