Move Well Holidays

Move Well Feel Better with our guest teachers, movement specialists and nutritionists

What is a Move Well Holiday?

Join myself (Move Well Yoga) and my chef husband, Richard (Bongo) for the perfect combo of Better Movement and fabulous food.
We offer movement holidays with guest teachers, movement specialists and nutritionists joining us to help you move well and feel better.

The format is generally a 60 - 90 minute Movement practice in the morning around 7:30/8am, followed by a healthy breakfast. Then a 60-90 minute gentle Movement practice or Workshop in the late afternoon/early evening followed by a 2-course vegetarian dinner. Practices will differ for each movement holiday depending on guests and teachers. Please click on the retreat you are interested on for more details.

The rest of the day is yours to enjoy the beautiful surroundings (unless an optional organised trip or activity is listed under each individual movement holiday).
