What is "Move Well Yoga" about?
Move Well Yoga is designed to compliment the modern lifestyle through functional mindful movement. I offer online and in person yoga and mobility classes, a variety of integrated manual therapies including postural assessment and 1:1 sessions combining movement and functional range conditioning, Yoga Brunches and Movement Holidays in Scotland and Spain.
How does it differ from traditional Yoga?
My classes tend to be slower paced with an anatomical focus, rather than a ‘peak pose’ or sequence. Playing around the edges of your more ‘traditional’ yoga practice with a combination of Yoga asanas and strength and mobility exercises. Making for a well-rounded and balanced class.
What benefits will "Move Well Yoga" bring to the client?
Move Well is for everyone. Whether you move more or move less, you want better movement with less restriction and less chance of injury. I will help you build a better routine into your daily life and resilience into your body with my group, corporate and private classes and events. As well as give you the chance to rest and reset with my Brunches and Movement Holidays

About Sharon
My classes are generally a mix of different styles of movement dependent on the class, but they will involve active stretching and functional movement to gain both strength and flexibility.
